Dr. Tho (Therese) Pham MBBS FRACGP
Principal General Practitioner
Dr Tho Pham is a trustworthy and experienced general practitioner who puts her patients at ease. With a Bachelor of Medicine & Surgery Degree from The University of Adelaide in 1997, Tho later obtained her RACGP fellowship in 2002.
Her extensive experience includes working as a country GP in Wagga Wagga, Leeton, and Griffith. She and her husband enjoyed the country lifestyle while running their medical and dental practice and raising their two children. Her experience has equipped her with valuable procedural and clinical skills, making her a well-rounded and capable practitioner.
As the Principal GP at Pymble Medical & Dental Centre, Tho continues to serve her patients with passion and dedication. She is a member of The AMA and the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, reflecting her commitment to the highest standards of care.

Dr. Anne Nguyen BDS (ADEL)

Dr Anne Nguyen is an exceptional dentist, who has built a reputation for providing outstanding dental care to her patients. Originally from Adelaide, where she graduated from the University of Adelaide, Anne has since worked in various locations, including Griffith in Regional NSW, where she provided essential health services to the community while expanding her knowledge and skills in dentistry.
Anne's top priority is ensuring her patients have a positive dental experience, and she achieves this through her bubbly personality and caring nature. She offers gentle and tailored treatment to put patients at ease, making her especially popular among families and young patients.
With a keen interest in preventative dentistry, Anne helps patients maintain long-term healthy teeth and gums. Dr. Phillip Han MBBS, FRACGP, MHM, BHScTCM
Dr. Phillip Han completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery degree at The University of Sydney in 2009.
Prior to obtaining his Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), he predominantly trained in surgical and medical teams at the Royal North Shore Hospital and various other hospitals in the Northern Sydney Local Health District.
He enjoys all aspects of family medicine and has special interests in minor surgery, dermatology and management of complex chronic issues.

Dr. Jennifer Lam BA BCom MBBS DcH FRACGP
Dr. Jennifer Lam grew up in Melbourne and is an extremely energetic addition to our practice. Prior to tackling her medical degree Jennifer worked as an English teacher in Japan as well as an investment banker in London.
She moved to Sydney and completed her Bachelor of Medicine & Surgery at Sydney University in 2007. Hospital training was undertaken at Royal North Hospital and she also spent some time training in the rural town of Orange.
Jennifer worked in GP practices around Sydney and the Blue Mountains before completing her fellowship in 2014. Her interest in paediatric health led her to completing a diploma in Child Health. Jennifer’s interests are cover a wide spectrum as she also has special interest in women’s health, chronic disease management and geriatric health.
She is passionate about imparting her knowledge and is keenly involved with medical student and GP registrar training.
Medicine is a shared passion for she and her husband, who is near completion of paediatric training. They have two young children - named Isabelle & Thomas too!

Jess Koch Psychologist and Gut Directed Hypnotherapist
Jess is an AHPRA accredited Psychologist and a registered Medicare provider. She completed her Master of Professional Psychology at Macquarie University and has also undertaken clinical hypnotherapy training with a specific brain-gut focus, along with various post graduate training courses, including “Cool Kids” anxiety programme. She has experience working in school settings and private practice, supporting children, adolescents and adults with concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, behaviour management, PTSD, life transitions and grief and loss. Jess also has special interest in the brain-gut interaction and is passionate about assisting both children and adults with Functional Gastrointestinal symptoms, utilising, CBT, Mindfulness and gut-directed hypnotherapy. GI concerns treated include; recurrent abdominal pain in children, IBS, Functional Dyspepsia, Rumination Syndrome and Aerophagia. These therapies have been found to reduce symptoms and the psychological distress associated with GI complaints whilst improving coping skills and quality of life. Jess works from a strengths-based perspective incorporating a range of evidence based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to motivate change, and facilitate awareness, acceptance and hope in her clients. She provides a safe, respectful, caring and positive environment for her clients to safely explore challenges. Jess holds the power of the therapeutic relationship in high regard.

Kerryn Chisholm Dietitian
Kerryn brings extensive nutrition knowledge and practical experience backed by academic qualifications to the practice. She obtained a Masters of Science in Biochemistry at the University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma in Dietetics at Deakin University, Victoria.
Previously Kerryn has worked in rural Australia managing both adults and children with both acute and chronic disorders as well as at Royal North Shore Hospital specialising in adult diabetes.
For the last 15 years Kerryn has worked at the Children’s Hospital at Westmead (CHW). She has experience in a wide range of nutritional areas including infant nutrition and fussy eating, food allergy and intolerance, coeliac disease, type 1 diabetes, general nutrition, and more recently weight management.
Her current interest and practice areas are paediatric nutrition, weight management, cardiovascular health, insulin resistance, pre diabetes and diabetes in both children, adolescents and adults. Along with her private practice in nutrition, she practises in weight management at the CHW Weight Management and the Choose Health clinics, also at the Hornsby Healthy Kids practice.
Her mission is to empower families to make positive changes and healthy choices to ensure a nourishing, active life for every individual. She uses an empathetic, understanding and evidence-based approach to educate, construct personalised goals, and design individual meal plans to help clients take control of their dietary needs.
As a mother of four Kerryn enjoys a healthy and active lifestyle which includes managing a Limousin cattle stud at the family property in the Hunter Valley.

Ines has been practicing on the north shore for over 20 years and she offers advice and any recommendations for individuals after tests are completed.
She has a Bachelor of Science with Honours from Monash University, a Postgraduate Diploma of Audiology from Melbourne University and a Masters of Audiology from Macquarie University.
She began her career in National Acoustic Laboratories, Sydney, and was awarded her clinical certificate after just 2 years’ of experience. Ines extended her passion for audiology in 1995 when she established Northern Sydney Hearing at Warringah Mall Medical Centre, Brookvale.
Ines now continues to help the community at Pymble & Balgowlah by testing children who have conductive problems and by rehabilitating customers with hearing aid technology.
Ines specialises in sensory auditory processing disorder in children. She is passionate about helping affected children lead successful lives.
