TERMS AND CONDITIONS: "SHARE THE SMILE" REFERRAL PROGRAM
The "Share the Smile" promotion is a referral program designed to thank our loyal patients for recommending Pymble Medical & Dental Centre. By participating in this promotion, patients agree to the following terms:
1. New Patient Offer

• Eligibility: This offer is available exclusively to new patients who have never previously attended Pymble Medical & Dental Centre.
• The Reward: Eligible new patients will receive a $50 discount applied to their dental bill at their initial appointment.
• Requirement: To claim the discount, the new patient must mention the "Share the Smile" promotion and the full name of the person who referred them at the time of booking or check-in.

2. Existing Patient (Referrer) Reward

• Eligibility: Existing patients will earn a $50 credit for every "New Patient" they successfully refer.
• Credit Issuance: The $50 credit will be applied to the referrer’s account only after the referred friend has attended and completed their first paid appointment.
• Stacking & Accumulation: Referral credits are fully cumulative. There is no limit to the number of credits a patient can earn.
• Redemption: Credits can be used as full or partial payment for any dental service, including routine check-ups, cosmetic dentistry, and teeth whitening treatments.

3. Household & Relationship Limitations

• Household Exclusion: To encourage the growth of our patient community, this promotion applies only to referrals outside of the referrer’s immediate household.
• Immediate Family: Referral credits cannot be earned by referring immediate family members (e.g., spouses, children, or dependents) who reside at the same address.
• One Credit Per New Household: Existing patients will receive a single $50 dental credit for each new household referred to Pymble Medical & Dental Centre. A "new household" is defined as a family unit or group of individuals residing at the same residential address. While we welcome the whole family, the introduction of multiple members from the same new household results in a single referral credit for the referrer. This credit is activated upon the completion of the first appointment by any member of that household.

4. Expiration & Reset Policy

• Annual Reset: All earned referral credits are valid only for the current calendar year.
• Deadline: Any unused credit balances will automatically reset to zero on the 1st of January each year. Credits do not roll over into the following year.

5. General Restrictions

• Non-Transferable: Credits are linked to the specific patient’s account and cannot be transferred to another person or family member.
• No Cash Value: Credits are not redeemable for cash or refunds.
• Retrospective Claims: This offer cannot be applied retrospectively to appointments or referrals made prior to the promotion start date.
• Exclusivity: This promotion cannot be combined with any other active offers, discounts, or government dental schemes.

6. Practice Rights

1. Verify the eligibility of all referrals and new patient claims.
2. Modify, extend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
